翅(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)管(guan)(guan)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)工(gong)藝根本流程:①基管(guan)(guan)材料(liao)(liao)應根據規(gui)劃(hua)(hua)的(de)翅(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)管(guan)(guan)基管(guan)(guan)質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)、管(guan)(guan)徑(jing)、壁厚(hou)(hou)等技術參(can)數(shu)進行收(shou)買(mai);翅(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)材料(liao)(liao)根據規(gui)劃(hua)(hua)翅(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)管(guan)(guan)翅(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)的(de)質(zhi)料(liao)(liao)、高度、厚(hou)(hou)度等技術參(can)數(shu)進行收(shou)買(mai)。收(shou)買(mai)進廠后檢(jian)測(ce)其是否(fou)契合技術要求。②通(tong)過(guo)定(ding)長(chang)下料(liao)(liao)、除銹、校直等工(gong)序制(zhi)(zhi)得基管(guan)(guan),基管(guan)(guan)若(ruo)(ruo)采(cai)用(yong)熱(re)管(guan)(guan),還需通(tong)過(guo)熱(re)管(guan)(guan)爐等設(she)(she)備(bei)制(zhi)(zhi)得熱(re)管(guan)(guan)。③若(ruo)(ruo)加(jia)工(gong)螺旋翅(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)管(guan)(guan),通(tong)過(guo)高頻焊設(she)(she)備(bei),在基管(guan)(guan)大(da)將翅(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)的(de)帶狀(zhuang)材料(liao)(liao)*邊盤繞*邊焊接制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)翅(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)管(guan)(guan);若(ruo)(ruo)加(jia)工(gong)H型翅(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)管(guan)(guan),通(tong)過(guo)H型翅(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)管(guan)(guan)高頻焊設(she)(she)備(bei),將已制(zhi)(zhi)備(bei)的(de)翅(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)焊接在基管(guan)(guan)上制(zhi)(zhi)得。④對(dui)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)的(de)翅(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)管(guan)(guan)產品(pin)進行檢(jian)測(ce)。
復合翅片管的生產方法
目(mu)前,復合翅片管(guan)的(de)生產方(fang)法主要有焊接法和軋制法兩種。
焊接法
焊(han)接(jie)法:是在雙金屬復合管(guan)的(de)基(ji)礎(chu)上,用焊(han)槍將金屬翅(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)直(zhi)接(jie)焊(han)接(jie)在復合管(guan)的(de)外表而。用這種(zhong)方法可根據產品的(de)需要(yao)選(xuan)擇不(bu)同尺寸、不(bu)同材質的(de)外翅(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)進行焊(han)接(jie),因而能生產出多種(zhong)規(gui)格的(de)復合翅(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)管(guan),但由于焊(han)縫處存在大(da)量的(de)氧化物及(ji)雜質,致使傳熱(re)效率大(da)大(da)降低,所以這種(zhong)復合翅(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)管(guan)的(de)性能不(bu)佳(jia)。
軋制法
軋(ya)制(zhi)法(fa):是在雙金屬復合(he)(he)管(guan)(guan)內襯*芯(xin)(xin)棒,經(jing)軋(ya)輥刀片(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)(de)旋轉帶(dai)動,復合(he)(he)管(guan)(guan)通過(guo)軋(ya)槽與(yu)芯(xin)(xin)頭組成的(de)(de)(de)孔(kong)腔在其(qi)外(wai)表而上加工出翅(chi)片(pian)(pian)。這(zhe)種方法(fa)生產出的(de)(de)(de)傳熱(re)管(guan)(guan)因(yin)其(qi)外(wai)管(guan)(guan)與(yu)翅(chi)片(pian)(pian)是*個有機的(de)(de)(de)整體,所以不存在接觸熱(re)損耗的(de)(de)(de)問題,具有良(liang)好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)性能與(yu)較高的(de)(de)(de)傳熱(re)效率(lv)。本(ben)次實驗選(xuan)擇(ze)三輥軋(ya)制(zhi)法(fa)來研究復合(he)(he)翅(chi)片(pian)(pian)管(guan)(guan),通過(guo)分(fen)析軋(ya)制(zhi)壓下量、外(wai)管(guan)(guan)壁厚、金屬狀態(tai)和芯(xin)(xin)頭螺旋角對內外(wai)翅(chi)片(pian)(pian)形(xing)成的(de)(de)(de)影響。
